Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people with cancer. The charity exist to help improve the lives of people living with cancer and their families and carers. 1 in 3 of us will get cancer and we are all affected. Macmillan are a source of support and a force for change. We are Macmillan. Their primary goal is to reach and improve the lives of everyone living with cancer. CHASE supports families in their own homes and communities and at their children’s hospice, Christopher’s. Dedicated help is given, starting immediately after diagnosis and continuing through to bereavement and beyond. This is a journey that can last a number of years.
